I have used The Property Shoppe for both buying a home, and selling my existing home. In both instances, I received the best of service, and help beyond what could have been expected. I would be happy to use them again in the future.
I had the opportunity to rent a property that was managed by Michelle's Property Shoppe's real estate agency and property management company. We had just sold our home and were planning on moving to Washington, D.C. when my husband got orders to deploy to Iraq. We felt it best for the family to stay in Colorado Springs while my husband was away and so we were suddenly in the renters market. It was a stressful time for us. Michelle rented us the most wonderful home. I felt secure knowing that she would help me with anything that might arise with the property (and she did). In addition she was considerate in making appointments to bring other prospective renters through the home when it was time for us to leave. We took good care of the home and received a complete refund of our deposit when we left.
I cannot recommend Michelle too highly and only wish that the other real estate agents that I have worked with could be more like her. She is honest, knowledgeable and a true professional. If we ever have the privilege to return to Colorado Springs - she would be the first person I would turn to for my real estate and property management needs.

Her attention to detail and loyal service to her client was the best I've experienced. Her business savvy, honest, upfront character, and real estate knowledge is definitely refreshing. I had absolutely no worries as an out of state property owner for her approach to managing my property, as far as the tenant(s) and property maintenance, was precise and on time. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! In my opinion, she's the best in the business.
