- Deep Tissue MassageAn innovative professional massage tool designed for trigger point work, for deep tissue massage, or for simple relaxation massage. Now proudly made in the USA, the size and shape of Hand-L 2.0 are unchanged from the iconic original, first introduced in 1996.
- Sports Massage$49What is sports massage, and how is it different from other forms of massage? Sports massage is subspecialty of massage therapy that focuses on techniques designed to enhance athletic performance. Sports massage is usually divided into 4 categories: Post-Event, Pre-Event, Training/Maintenance, and Injury Care. Each category has specific goals and techniques, some of which overlap.
- Reflexology Massage
- CryotherapyEach Hand-L 2.0 is made of high-fire stoneware clay. It’s extremely durable, hygienic and temperature sensitive. The Hand-L will break if dropped, so be sure to place it in the padded holster when it’s not in your hand. Avoid placing it on the massage table where the client may accidentally bump it to the floor. The Hand-L 2.0 is sold with a one-year replacement warranty if it breaks for any reason (even being dropped on the floor, because accidents happen). The Hand-L may be heated using hot (not boiling) water, a heating pad, sunshine, or by holding in your hands for a few minutes. It may also be chilled to provide cryotherapy applications. To clean, simply wipe with alcohol, or wash with soap and water. The Hand-L may be used with any massage lubricant: oil, lotion, salve, ultrasound gel, etc. Click here to order the Hand-L Massage Tool.

- StretchingLike the injury care component of sports massage, soft tissue therapy may also include therapeutic stretching and exercise, in addition to the specific massage techniques we use.
- Manipulation Therapy“Facilitated Stretching is an excellent contribution to the art and science of manual therapy. Bob McAtee provides a technically sound, easy-to-follow approach to therapeutic muscle stretching. I highly recommend it.”
- Myofascial Therapy
- Acupuncture“For more than 25 years, Kinesio Taping has been breaking new ground in the fields of sports performance, pain management and physical therapy. The Kinesio Taping Method (KTM) is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. It is used to successfully treat a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and medical conditions. In the mid-1970s, Dr. Kenzo Kase was already a well-known Japanese practitioner licensed in chiropractic and acupuncture. He developed the tape, which has a texture and elasticity very close to living human skin, in response to limitations he encountered working with rigid sports taping methods on his own patients.”
