HORRIBLE SERVICE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE!! I had a pipe break in my basement. Minimal water damage.PaulDAVIS did more damage to the main level of my house than the water caused in basement. Destroyed my hardwood floors. I was in Florida on vacation when this was taking place. I came home 3 weeks later and nothing had been accomplished besides removing 32 sq ft of drywall in one room. The project manager was impossible to get in contact with. I made several calls to the main office and I couldnt seem to get a straight answer about my house and what was taking place.I reached out to the franchise owner. WOW she is totally unprofessional and unethical. I was told " I need to wait my turn in line". OK fine I understand that. Then she proceeded to tell me all her family issues and personal problems. Let me remind you I have never spoke to this women before this phone call. I called my insurance adjuster and had them removed. SERVPRO came and repaired my basement in a professional manner!!!!

I had a small fire in my kitchen. The fire extinguishers made a bigger mess than the fire but my insurance company said I could have it cleaned and they said Paul Davis would be one of the good ones to use. The guys were there in about 45 minutes, immediately got to work (they started at 4pm) and were able to get most of it done in a couple hours. They did have to take a few things back to their office to clean, but I got all that back in 3 days. The smell was gone, everything was clean and my family's life was fairly back to normal in a few days. These guys were great and handled everything with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with it.

When I had a water leak in my house, my insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration. I had never gone through something like this, so I went with the insurance companies recommendation. Boy am I glad I did! Everyone from Paul Davis was very courteous and mindful of my needs. They showed up right away (even though it was after 11 at night) and started taking care of the problem. They got all the water out that night, and had my house dry in only 3 days. I hope I never go through something like this again, but if I do I'll definetely call Paul Davis again.
