Terrible company to work with. Rented a property of them and they appear helpful up front and then when you are moving out they will charge you for things that were not your fault. Good thing we video recorded the property prior to moving in to prove that things were not our fault. They were trying to take $500+ out of our deposit return for things that were not our fault. Continued to pass the blame and transfer our complaints to others in the office so we never we able to deal with the same person and resolve the problems. Instead passed off as if no one wanted to deal with us. Tried to charge us to remove a shower curtain that wasn't even ours. Were not understanding or cooperative with the entire process. They have been the worst company I have dealt with in the Springs and will take advantage of you too. Avoid working with them at all costs.
