These people worked with me to help me be able to pay for their fabulous customer service. The car was fixed quickly and the entire staff was positively delightful. I highly recommend them.
I was quoted a price which turned out to be higher than the final bill. I like the technicians, esp Craig. I'll now be bringing all my company trucks in for repairs and service. These people are fair and honest which is so hard to find. The techs have many years of training and experience (Master ASE Certified). The family operation even included a ride home.
After having access to a large auto repair shop to have work performed for us or to use the shop to do our own repairs, where we used to live, it was very difficult to find a good, experienced and HONEST mechanic shop here in COS. We tried several shops, who at the time seemed good until we had been going to them for a while. After our poor experiences, we began servicing our vehicles ourselves. Unfortunately, there are times there is only so much you can do your self without the use of a shop. We were lucky enough to find Academy Auto Service. They are always great to work with. Very knowlegeable, honest, and fair. We have taken both of our vehicles in for anything from fixing a broken mechanical/heated mirror (fixing it in less then 15 min) to transmission work, radiator work, frame issues ( I could go on, but I may run out of room)
With having much experience with several mechanic shops here in town, they are the only shop I would and have recommend!
