Great place! Been a client for 2 years now. Started as a referral from a friend for their skincare to help my acne and scars. So impressed with the salon and the staff I stayed after my skin cleared as a hair client.

Had the entire downstairs spa for me and my bridesmaids! We each got the 3 hour spa day, sat in robes, drank wine and had an unforgettable time thanks to my loving bridesmaids and the Middleton group. Our makeup and updos were amazing the day of my wedding! I couldnt have asked for a better place for my wedding day!

Poor customer service from the receptionist. We were not happy with the hair coloring so the stylist said to give it a couple of days to think about it and if we were still unhappy, she would resolve the issue. The next day while attempting to schedule a return visit to fix the hair coloring issue, the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. She placed the blame back on us since we agreed to what the stylist was going to do. For some strange reason I always thought that it's the service provider who should agree to the customer's request and not the other way around. Further, we would have to pay full cost to resolve their mistake. I guess the mission statement at this establishment should be "If you're not happy with it, pay us more money and we might fix it".

Great Salon! all the people who worked there were wonderful and fun. every time i walk in there i feel comfortable and welcome. wonderful service. i have gone to multiple people and they have all done great.
