General Info
I have been an attorney in Colorado Springs since 1994. I am also a licensed pharmacist. My pharmacy knowledge and experience give me a unique perspective that enables me to understand the medical aspects of your injuries. I understand the medicine. I know the law. I practice law primarily in El Paso County, but will represent individuals throughout the state if needed. I represent people who have been injured through the wrongful conduct of others. I only represent plaintiffs. If you or a loved one has been the victim of someone else's wrongful actions, please give me a call. I would be glad to try to help you. I do not charge for our initial consultation, whether by phone or in person. I am also glad to meet with you at your home if you are unable to travel to my office. I look forward to helping you. When you have been injured by someone else's wrongful actions, you may be scared and worried. When will you be able to return to work? Who will pay your medical bills? Who will pay you if you miss work or are unable to return to work? Who will help you understand your legal rights and responsibilities? I can help. Practice Areas: * Automobile Accidents * Motorcycle Accidents * Truck Accidents * Pharmacy Malpractice * Medical Malpractice * Hospital Malpractice * Nursing Malpractice * Wrongful Death * Birth Injuries Significant Cases: * Birth Injury, settlement reached for $3,250,000 * Hospital Negligence, settlement reached for $500
