This place is way over priced! Once you buy a place here you are screwed! They have a rule book here but the rules don't apply to everyone! The on site management plays favorites here! The owners of this place live out in LA LA LAND so you now what that means! They will lie to you to get you to buy here and then you are screwed! They don't even maintain the lots here, you rent the lot but they will not even trim the trees here, it is your responsibility! You cant work on your car or even wash it here but some hillbillies can run there fix it shops and make all kinds of noise all day and way past midnight, that's no problem not to mention all of the barking dogs here. Don't buy here, you will just be wasting you money and will only be disappointed!!!!!!
