- Teeth Cleaning“Just had my annual dental cleaning and they said that my implant and bone growth looked solid and awesome – one of the best they have ever seen. Good to know after about 2 years from the implant. Glad to have had such great work done at Salcetti & Associates.”
- CrownsEsthetic Crown Lengthening: An esthetic crown lengthening procedure can correct that “gummy” smile that makes you want to hide your teeth. During a visit that will last only about an hour, our team can transform your smile by performing a “gum lift.” Our careful dentists will remove excess gum and bone tissue and reshape your smile to let more of your natural tooth shine. One to two weeks after the procedure, you will have a follow-up appointment so our experienced team can evaluate your healing progress.

- Gingivectomy and GingivoplastyLuckily, there are ways to rid the mouth of gingivitis so that gum disease can’t advance. If your gingivitis cannot be cured with scaling and planing, we can perform a gingivectomy to remove diseased gum tissue and get your mouth back to feeling its best.
- Deep Cleaning
- DenturesWe get it. Dentures can be extremely hard to get used to and can even be unbearably painful to wear. Some patients get so frustrated and feel so hopeless that they end up putting their dentures in a drawer and don’t wear them at all.
- Dental Implants“...They strive to stay ahead of the curve with all their continuing education and it shows in their knowledge and professionalism. From implants and extractions, to bone and tissue grafts, we wouldn’t trust our dental care to anyone else. Thank you for all you do.”
- Oral Surgery
- Osseous SurgeryHere’s the good news: Fighting gum disease is more common than you might think, and osseous surgery may be a solution that can help. If you are still experiencing pain and discomfort due to periodontal disease and the pockets surrounding your teeth are not responding to treatments, let’s talk about it.
- Tooth ExtractionsPreventing bone resorption – After tooth extraction, your dentist places a bone graft in the extraction site to prevent bone loss in the future.
- Ridge AugmentationSoft Tissue Ridge Augmentation: With soft tissue ridge augmentation, we’ll improve the aesthetics and the looks of the gums by carefully making a small incision in the depressed location. We will use new tissue from another part of your mouth to fix the looks of your gums and give you a smile you’re proud to share.
- Bone GraftingOccasionally, bone grafting procedures are required. When that’s the case, bone grafts can be from your own bone, tissue banks, or synthetic materials. The goal of each of these treatment options is to stimulate the body to grow new bone or to hold the space for the bone to regenerate.
