Grand View Plumbing & Heating definitely a poor selection when choosing a plumber here in Colorado Springs. First off, they dont itemize on the bill that they provide you, showing a cost of each item they supposedly installed allowing the customer to note their markup. Secondly, they install plastic components (faucet) on the outside of a house, which they know over time will be become brittle with weather, wear and use (totally impractical for outside use in the Colorado climate), and accuse the homeowner of breaking the item. Downright rude. Then they dont stand behind their product when it does fail three months later, thus charging the customer again, yet their claim in the yellow pages is fixed once, false advertisement to say the least. Based on our experience the company should be called Gouge Victim Plumbing & Cheating!
