I had Brain Surgery 6 months ago and basically I wanted to bring my 20 year old daughter in with me for a 20 min. work out so if I had problems she could help me out. (She was on my membership but I removed her because she is moving to Washington in two weeks - Manager Lauren K. said I would have to pay $15 for a day pass for her!! THATS A LOT FOR A 20 MIN WORKOUT! She stated "policy" so I spoke to Manager Corey Basinger who proceeded to laugh in my face when I asked if I could summit a complaint on a higher level then himself. They said they do not give any info on General or Regional managers. He said I could fill out a customer comment form but he was the only one that would get it. ha. ha. His little co-manager (Lauren) also lied to about me to him and told him I had been "vulgar" but when confronted because I was not, she denied it. Lauren then came around the counter and up in my face to "show me" some tiny writing on the supposed 7 day free pass. (those are only for NEW potential customers) - never mind my Daughter was a recent member and so WAS my husband and I.So they don't give a dang how long you have been a member or if you leave apparently...

DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH GOLD'S GYM - UNLESS YOU LIKE TO HAVE YOUR POCKET PICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I signed a 12 month contract and they started over charging me immediately - claiming "service fees." I couldn't wait for the contract to end - the Gold's Gym in Colorado Springs is too far from my home to use. (I was living in Phoenix when I signed.)Now that the 12 months is over - they are still charging me as a "Month-to-month" member!!! ??? I asked "What the Hell?" of their membership services people and they said in the contract is an "auto-renewal" clause. ?? Holy Sh##TTT!They had hung on like filthy leeches! Now they want $79.95 for me to quit!Don't ever sign a contract with these people. I'm very disappointed that a business would take this type of action to keep people as involuntary members.DON'T SIGN! Unless you have some form of mental illness and like having your bank account raided.Any positive posts on this website is made by Gold's Gym people... a bunch of fake, frauds, and thieves!DON'T SIGN!
