I've been a fan of Floyd's since I visited my first one in Denver last year. I just moved to Colorado Springs and at Floyd's I found a stylist that cuts my hair the way I want it. Service has been excellent every time. Well, that is until today. I made an online reservation with my usual stylist yesterday for a cut and shave today and when I arrived I was told that the online reservation system was down. Then when I requested my usual stylist I was very rudely told that she was booked until 4 p.m. Fine. I said someone else would do. So I waited 20 minutes for a rude stylist and left the shop with a horrible haircut. I'll have to wear a cap when I can for the next couple of weeks. When she was done with my cut I asked about my shave and she said it would be a 30 minute wait since no preparations had been made. The shave was horrible and my face still stings! Bad customer service, bad attitude, no massage and a bad hair cut. I'll just drive to Denver next time. It will be worth it.
