Be very careful of buying and selling used electronics at this location. I went in to sell a white iPhone 3GS and the clerk told me they would not buy it back because the iPhone had been opened. When I asked him to provide proof of this he stated that the iPhone does not nor did it ever come in white. When I asked the clerk to look it up he refused. When I asked him to verify the device by serial number he refused. It was bad enough that they would not buy it back, If it was for a reason that it was damage or non-functional I would understand, but because of the clerks lack of knowledge of electronic devices I was treated unfairly. Due to this I can only surmise that they lack the properly trained staff with the knowledge to be buying and selling electronics and should stick to DVD movies, music, and games. If they do not know a lot about what they are buying back how good is the stuff they are selling?

They have a very large selection and most of the staff are very helpful. I have had problems with some of the used discs not playing or skipping during play. Every time this has happened I have been given a new disc that does work after returning the old. If you're looking for a favorite old video game, movie, or cd this is a great place to look.

At checkout, the price of an item scanned for more than the price on the price tag. After being handed chang and receipt, the mis-charge was brought to their attention. At that point they refused to make an adjustment (charge the proper price) unless given a drivers license and phone number. This after being paid in cash. A great reinforcement of buyer beware.

Great service...literally tore the store apart looking for a single copy that was in their inventory.

the problem we had was getting a game and missing a part needed to play. Or getting a game and wind up getting error messages after the 30 days. I also was told this store had the new Zelda ( Valley of the Flood) and when we went there we were told it was recalled. Nice guys work there and try to be helpful.
