Good company with solid ethics and excellent business practices

My husband and I will never use this property management company again. We recently moved out of the rental home due to a deployment and this company nickel and dimed us wherever possible. When we were living in the home they didn't want to fix anything because they wouldn't spend the money. However, when we moved out they felt the need to charge us for every repair possible. I disputed this with the company, they stated they'd send a refund for some of the issues, but only sent me a check for half of what they stated they would pay me. This is only a small portion of the issues I had with Synergy Property Management. Bad business! I'd advise NOT using this company if you're interested in renting property.
