It is hard to find businesses these days that operate on the level of integrity and customer service that Corey's Auto Repair does. They are thorough but do not try to sell services that are not needed. This locally owned business is comitted to community also, and is generous in giving back. I'm thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, promptness, and integrity of Steve Corey and his entire team at Corey's Auto Repair. When another shop told me I needed certain repairs done, I took my Honda to Steve for a second opinion. He told me I did not need those repairs done. Being new to Colorado Springs, I'm relieved I found a trustworthy, as well as excellent, mechanic I can trust for years to come.

It is refreshing in this day and age to find a shop like Corey's Auto Repair. Their customer service and willingness to explain the job to you completely along with a fair price are things that are hard to find at other shops. Quality work, very affordable, professional and friendly service. FINALLY, we have found an auto repair business we can TRUST! Steve Cory and his team are very professional, honest, friendly and experienced. They do a thorough job, and if there is ever anything not quite right - they make it right. Also they are very affordable and competitively priced, and will take the time to explain what was wrong and how it was repaired in non-technical language so anyone can understand. They have a comfortable and clean waiting area, and the garage is clean and organized which is a reflection of the quality work they do. We highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reputable auto repair service. We took in our 2001 Toyota Sienna van with several things that needed work, and they did it all! We are not close to their location so it is not convenient for us, but we will continue to come here for all our auto repairs because we trust and appreciate them.

Words cannot explain how satified and happy I am with their service. My 2002 Tracker needed a timing chain replaced. The quote was good for a 11 hr labor repair, so while we were on vacation (out of country) the car was with left with them.. I asked them to also give us an estimate on the air conditioning that didn't work (already had a quote of $1400). We got a message saying to call them and found out the engine was in bad shape and needed replacing. My husband and I were dreading another additional bill on what was being done . We prayed and called back. They said the price quoted included everything and it was very fair. When we got back, I picked the car up and they even had fixed my air conditioning at no extra cost. They didn't find anything major wrong with it (just freon). They are everything you ever wanted in a car repair shop who go the extra mile and back for your business! Even called to make sure we were satisfied. Thank God for someone whom you can trust!

I was very impressed with the friendly customer service. My 2008 Accord needed an oil change, which was done in less than 20 minutes. The owner came highly recommended as being one with much integrity and reliability. From now on, I'm taking my car to him for everything. He didn't try to upsell me anything I did not need, which is one of the main reasons I will go back there again.
