Providing counseling at a place where you feel safe to create change at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I specialize working with adults who are experiencing suicidal ideations, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, low self-worth/esteem, and life transitions/changes.
