good rates...but overall horrible customer service and business ettiquette. These owners will screw a renter over any and every chance they get even if you make all payments in a timely manner and never late. They willl lock you out you unit and will add bogus charges to your account. Will be unwilling to work with you no matter what the circumstances are.

Do you think the water, electricity, taxes etc have gone down? Of course not so be reasonable about rates, they are still the most competitive around.

I have been there for ten years and in that time, prices were just recently raised. Great Service and very clean. If prices were always raised, I surely would not be renting there, I would have found another place to store my goods.

I have had a storage there for many years. Great customer service and the place is kept very clean. I would highly recommend to store your stuff there. Of course people that don't pay their monthly bill will always have a negative review. I have used other places that are quite not up to par.
