I had a nightmarish experience with this company. Instructions for the flower delivery said to "leave at the door if no one is home". They left them at the neighbor's house while claiming that my fiancee (who was supposed to receive the flowers) had signed for the flowers. However, they left a note at my fiancee's house saying that the neighbors had the flowers. How is that the flowers were delivered to a different address than the one on the order but yet my fiancee signed for them? Something does not add up. I think this company was extremely careless in how they handled the order. They couldn't tell me what happened. They simply told me that it was too cold for the flowers to be left outside. In that case, I would have appreciated a phone call telling me that it was too cold with an alternative location to be picked up. This is a shady company in my opinion, and I expect a better service for the amount that I payed. I will definitely never use this company again.

I have ordered from this florist for years when sending flowers to my mother in Colorado Springs. I found them before the Internet was around by calling (telephone) information, being told I had to have the name of a florist to get the phone number, and giving the name Colorado Springs Florist - figuring it was a safe bet to exist.What a stroke of luck! I almost always call late, but they always get the flowers out on time, are always very helpful with ideas and my mother always says the flowers are beautiful and last a long time. The price is less than I usually expect it to be. I strongly recommend this flower shop!

Beautiful flowers, reasonable prices and can deliver flowers on a short notice. Very kind in helping with last minute orders and giving creative suggestions.
