Service was marvelous and I will most definitely return!. Everything was perfect and I will surely purchase more appliances from them. Heber was a great guy and lead more towards buying my first stove and washer dryer pair. Would most definitely recommend.
We were happy with them up until recently. Bought a dryer back in February. After about a month the housing units (or something) was making a lot of noise and going out. They offered to fix it no problem. We live in Denver so had to find a right time to bring it down. Dropped it off on May 28th. We have been getting the run around since then about if it is done or when we can pick it up. We're lucky if anyone even answers the phone! We try the three numbers associated with the business daily and maybe get one person to answer a week. And his English is so broken up that all I could understand was call this other number. About ready to just go ask for a full refund!
They never talk to you when you have a problem with an appliance they delivered missing parts. Sold it to me including parts and promised to bring the missing parts later and now will never talk to me. Last time the excuse was they didn't have pen and paper to write down my message.
We bought a used gas stove from them and they delivered missing a burner. We found the stove on a Craigslist ad, the picture had the burner. He also refused to install due to it being a gas stove. We had to pay another company to install as well as pay him for delivery and the appliance. It's a year later and the burner they promised to order and send never arrived. We called many many times only to hear excuses. The latest of which is that he couldn't help me due to not having paper handy to record my information.
