Billy's pizza is one of my favorite in Colorado, I like the cheesy stick and they deliver on time and hot pizza.
Grew up in Chicago and my father knew Billy. The new owner(Jim) has kept the same receipe the same since it opened it's doors. Not a flashy place but I go there cuz' its great food.
I am a true believer and fan of this restaurant. Not only is there pizza the best there is, but there buffet is fabulous. There food is made fresh, crust, sauce, sausage, Italian beef, lasagna, etc. It doesn't get any better than this and the choices on either the lunch or dinner buffet will make even the pickiest eater happy. They have a wonderful fresh salad bar, homemade soups, pizza, Italian beefs, italian sausage, lasagna and or rigatoni and they will help people with special diets. If you are wheat/gluten intolerant you can bring in your own crust, they will bake it and build you a pizza. They go out of there way to accomodate all needs and are a family run business. Take the whole family, kids to grandma and there is surely something to please all. Desserts also included on the buffet, PLUS, they have a full menu to choose from. I recommend the buffet, especially if you have never experienced Chicago pizza or italian beefs.
