If upon consultation we determine that you have a case that we are willing to pursue, in most situations you will be offered the opportunity to have us work for you on a contingency fee basis. When working on a contingency fee, our firm does not get paid on your case unless there is a recovery and upon settlement our only fee is a percentage of the amount recovered.
