Individual and Group Counseling for A Wide Range of Mood and Stress Related Disorders Focus for therapy is Quality of Life. Individuals young and old can run into snags in life. Furthermore, living in Colorado Springs allows me to take part in the success of our military by offering services that can add quality of life to stressful times. Mindfulness and goals for success are always an objective for therapy. I believe that everyone is capable of fashioning their quality of life and that therapy can be an important first step. I specialize in adolescents and adults. I have two levels of EMDR training that allows success with trauma and abuse issues. I use both cognitive and dialectical approaches in therapy to address mood and remain goal focused. EMDR is a specialty and has been quite affective in dealing with trauma, abuse and addictions. I can offer flexibility in payment and accept most insurance plans. I provide flexibility to all individuals and families through scheduling and pay scales. Call for more information.

Awsome counselor

I have been seeing Amanda for 3 years and she has been great. I still see her on a regular basis she is a great person and knows how be patient and work well with you. She doesn't force things that your uncomfortable with I recommend anybody who is looking for a great person to talk to to her.
