      About Our Office High quality care and the comfort of our patients are the primary concerns and goals of our practice. We have invested heavily in the most modern endodontic equipment available such as the newest surgical and re-treatment instruments, microscopes, computer generated radiographs, and much more. This equipment has not only reduced the chair time for patients, but has increased the quality and predictability of the final endodontic result. We will attempt to see you as soon as you arrive for your appointment. However, due to emergencies or unforeseen patient complications, your appointment time may be delayed. This time is being spent assisting other patients in relieving their discomfort. We appreciate your patience. Meet Dr. Jack Mayhew Dr. Mayhew grew up in Magnolia, Arkansas. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree with honors in 1997 from the University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky. He directly entered endodontic training. In 1999, he earned a certificate in Endodontics and a Masters Degree in Science from the University of Louisville. Teaching and clinical instruction were highlights of his time at the University of Louisville. Dr. Mayhew has published several research articles in the Journal of Endodontics on post retention and nickel titanium files, which are a vital part of his practice today. Dr. Mayhew has truly found his calling in endodontics. For six years, he enjoyed treating patients from Texas and Oklahoma.
