I have all my tattoos from BEE(even when he was rutattooed) anyway he is the best! I lived in Oragon for a few years and even then I came and got my ink done by him! Worth the flight! Did the same thing when I lived in Texas! I would never go to anyone else and I hope you check him out. THE BEST!!!

Cam is an amazing artist and a really funny guy. He's smart and has a lot of interesting things to say.Cam has done 9 of my tattoos. The work is always phenominal. The store is always clean, and has a wide variety of flash art to choose from, Cam also has many books of art and does design custom work. Cam always goes the extra mile... Any flashwork you get done at Academy Star Tattoo wont look like the flash when its done, it will be unique and about a hundred times cooler. I have been going to Academy Star Tattoo since 2004 and can say that Cams tattoos hold up to the test of time. The linework remains crisp and the colors stay bright and vivid.Cam is never condescending and youll never get an attitude at Academy Star.With over thirty years of experience Academy Star is the place to go in Colorado Springs.

Cam is an amazing artist. He has done 3 tattoos on me-2 that he drew for me personally- and 5 on my boyfriend that are so good we get compliments frequently. He puts a lot of time and thought into his art and left a beautiful personal touch on mine.

Cameron has over 27 years tattooing experience and has done 5 of my 6 tattoos and 5 for my wife. His shop and equipment are always extremely clean and safe. His flash is reasonably priced and as an artist, he will draw your personal design and apply it to your skin at prices that you'll appreciate. I won't go anywhere else and I'm not done getting ink yet.

Very Clean, Prices are marked and easy to see. Friendly, knowledgeable artist. Had my 1st tattoo done there, would refer anyone to go here!!!
