I would have given 0 starts but then it does not register as a review. Words can not express the horribleness of the sorry excuse for customer service that UPS provides their customers.

Closed on Saturdays. Don't listen to the website or costumer service at the 800 number. I drove 30 minutes to get my package and they were closed. Only open Mon-Friday according to the sign on the door, but who knows if that is even right.
