I wish I had researched this store before placing my order. Short version of a long story is - I ordered an arrangement three (3) days prior to the delivery date. After waiting and expecting it to be delivered, I called the office at 3:30pm and was told that it was out for delivery. I asked as to why so late and was never given an answer. Nothing was ever delivered so Sunday I went to the store. Again, I was told that the arrangement was out for delivery. Really? You've ruined the whole Valentine's Day delivery surprise. I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this store or any other Edible Arrangement franchise again.
