I needed work done in 2006 and was very satisfied but this I needed their assistance again because I wasn't getting any heat...remind u its a $49 diagnostic test ...ok I can't deal with that, the technician told me I needed a thermostat ok he goes to truck and comes back with a price of $289.78 I ASKED for what u buy a thermostat every day for 30 or 40 or 50 he claims that what they are across the board...no thanks how much do I owe you for coming....I paid him for coming out and said thank you. He wanted to charge me 3 times over what I paid for thermostat at Lowes....Big rip off never again will I deal with them....sincerely yours Lecolia Barkley
As I have used these folks before, there was no hesitation in using them again. As this particular job ended up being more extensive than originally thought, it wasn't completed until Monday March 19, 2012. Due to the expertise of the workers, they were able to complete the job in less time than the quoted 4 hour minimum told me on the previous Friday.

Great service, was able to make time for me within three hours. Had my heat running again in 45min. The service tech was very nice and polite. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong, what needed to be done and how to take care of the issue in the future. And to top the service the price for the repair was great too well below what I was expecting.
Excellent job on repairing my water heater. It was clear that they had training on Rinnai water heaters.
