First of all i know multiple people besides myself who do not like this woman or dr lai. She was rude everytime i saw her, she is condescending and ignorant. She is rough with children and truthfully she should not even be a doctor because it seems like shr hates them. I was more than unsatisfoed with her and the other doctors at that practice and i would never ever reccomend her pr that practice to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
