Founded by Billy "The Human Perkulator" Harner in 1977 Perk's Place has become a Westmont institution. Perk believes that there is no such thing as a 15 minute hair cut and he built the Perk's Place reputation by providing truly personalized service one customer at a time.When his daughter Debi joined him in the early 80's it became a family business.Debi added women's salon services and turned Perk's into a full service barber and styling shop.She continues these traditions today and wants you to see how great you will look when all the attention and serviceis on you.Debi and her team of professional stylist invite you to come in and experience the difference of personalized service that has made Perk's Place a bastion of excellence.
