I purchased a new babylock decorator's choice Dec. 26, 2012. I couldn't be happier and the service was wonderful. The sales person treated me with respect. The day after I got the machine something happened to keep it from working, when I took it back and told them what was happening the owner and sales person knew I knew my stuff about sewing machines and fixed it right up. I got my machine back the next day it was just a small packing problem a piece of foam got caught in the levers of the machine. But I apprecaited their fast response and will return to purchase from them again. The shop is a very nice shop. Clean with lots of items around to see and ask questions about the staff is knowlegable and the person who helped me also sews which helps when purchasing a machine to talk to a person who has the same machine.

Knowledgeable, reliable, helpful, willing to work with me on price when possible. I get all my sewing machines tuned up there, and afterwards I'm ready to revvv it up and stitch away with perfect results. Also bought 2 vacuums there that are perfect for the specific kinds of floors I got 'em for. Tell Mark, Laurence, Jim, etc. what you want and need and they have just the machine for you. And they stand by their products. Can't get that at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

Very Honest, and holds to their word. I had taken an over 40 yr sewing machine to them for repair, they tried to get parts, but sadly the parts were not manufactured anymore. They felt bad, did not charge me at all, and promised if we bought our new machine from them, they would give us a discount. Although we did not purchacse the machine for 6 months, they still held their word and gave us a break on new machine.
