Making reservations doesnt mean squat here. We arrived at 1:30, our scheduled reservation time and were told it would be a few minutes wait. When I asked how long a few minutes was, I was told about a half hour, maybe longer as they were busy. It told the 12 year old that I knew they would be busy, thats why I made a reservation. She then told me that we could sit outside with no wait and she would comp the sitting fee of the two others in our party. We chose to paint outside. I did see larger tables open, but they were reserved, haha, reserved for other parties. Yeah, parties that they can make more money off of. So we were set up in front of the store on metal tables in the sun. Thankfully, it was not too hot out. We were basically given no direction as to where to find supplies. Im not asking to be hand-held but at least tell me where the paint and brushes are kept. I will not be going here again. I was expecting a nice afternoon with my family. Instead I was aggravated. I should have gone with my first instinct and made reservations that would have been honored at Color Me Mine. I would not recommend All Fired Up to anyone and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know how poorly we were treated.
