General Info
Transitional Property Solutions, a home improvement company, was created by a veteran mortgage banker and realtor for buyers and agents alike. Many of our clients were asking for a general contractor that would be willing to perform remodeling jobs for foreclosures and short sales after they closed. Bank owned properties or properties that are subject to short sale are always sold ‘as is,’ with no repairs by the seller or by the bank. Performing this work was the introduction to the roofing business when the storm season hit in 2010. These same clients needed a solid reputable roofing contractor that was going to perform the work the insurance company was paying for and adhere to Texas Department of Insurance codes of conduct set by the commissioner. The roofing business is an industry that is not regulated by the State of Texas; we have chosen to regulate ourselves with our own structural integrity and ethical business practices that are best for the client first and our needs secondly.
