Provided by Doctor.comMy husband has been a patient of Dr Pifer's for over 2b years. She used to care about her patients, now she only cares about making as much money as possible before she retires. Her staff is rude, especially her Husband George who answers the phone and works in the office. Ever since she brought in another doctor and started adding body sculpting and other non-medically necessary procedures, she's changed - for the worse. Hateful and mean and unprofessional about sums it up!

Provided by Doctor.comMy daughter and I went to Dr Pifer on a regular bases. We were pleased until we got the letter from Dr. Pifer that basically stated that she quit us. My daughter had five different visits during a years time for various basic reasons and I had one. I called Dr. Pifer's office several times to find out why we got dropped as patients. After the initial call that I was told I would get a call back (which never happened) I was always put on hold indefinitely - I would usually hang up after 10-15 minutes. After calling every Monday for a couple of months Dr. Pifer finally talked to me after I held for 10 minutes. The reason she said that we were dropped is because my daughter went there in May 2013 for a required school physical. She went 4/28/2014 for the flu and was asked to come back in a week for a re-check. We came back in a week when my daughter was well for the re-check. I got a call from the office to schedule an office visit for an annual physical a few days after that visit. We had no health issues and no reason to come again for another well visit so we declined to make an appointment. About 8 months later we got the letter dropping both of us as patients. I guess the $120 in co-pays plus what my insurance paid was not enough for Dr. Pifer for a one year period of time.
