I'm giving this business the lowest rating because the proprietor does not believe in customer service. The hours are not consistent; calls are not returned and messages go unanswered or acknowledged. My dogs had a wonderful experience with one of the groomers here, but when I returned the next year another groomer was assigned to my dogs and one of my dogs had a bad experience. No apology and no explanation. No effort to reach a resolution was made. Absolutely no attempt at customer service. Take your dogs here at your own risk.

I was happy with the work that was done on my dog but I thought for the end result, VERY expensive. I was charged $85, when normally for the same work I only pay $55. My first and last time going there. Too rich for me.

I live in the local area, and came across the ad for a Classic Clip PLUS, I made an appointment took ( my Baby) to them for Grooming, nails and ear cleaning. Now this may not sound like a Big Deal? but when you consider that there are 3 other groomers closer to my home that all refused to groom my dog Due to his size, He's a 155 lb Newfoundland, (looks like a big black bear), and a gentle giant. the ladies here didn't think twicw they groomed him ( he looks great by the way ), the enviorment is superior No Stress / caging. I can not say enough good things about the owner, and the entire staff here. So if your looking for a place to have your baby cleaned / grromed, or any of the many other services they provide, I reccomend that you entrust you pet (BABY if your like me ) to the staff here at a Classic Clip PLUS. I personally believe the PLUS is for the care they put forth for both our animals and us owners as well. I can't say enough good things about them all. THEIR GREAT!!!!!!!
