I have thoroughly enjoyed taking classes from Susan. I knew nothing about ballroom dancing, but Susan's classes have an easy going environment in which students can advance at their own pace. Susan teaches a broad spectrum of dance styles, more than I even knew existed. Her classes range from absolute beginners to competitive seasoned dancers. Susan, who has a Ph.D., is also the instructor for the Texas A&M University Ballroom Dance Association, a student organization that loves to perform and compete. Susan teaches young teens to mature seniors. Everyone has fun, in class and at her regular dances where you get to practice what you have learned. And their are also informal social networks with Susan's students, that often have relations to other dancing events. I am very glad I stopped "thinking" about ballroom dance and finally "stepped" into the personally satisfying world of dance.

Susan's Ballroom Dance is a favorite of mine. Susan has a good spirit and has taught people of all ages and competence levels for years. Whether you are a fellow with two-left feet or studying to be a professional, Susan knows how to teach you to dance. You will know the steps and enjoy the music and the fun of dancing. Through private, group or monthly lessons covering a variety of dances, a student can learn to dance the Waltz, Foxtrot or East Coast Swing usually danced at any social function. Or if you desire to expand your skills or are interested in Country Western dancing she can make your evening Polkas and Texas Two Steps at the Texas Hall of Fame even more enjoyable. For those who like Latin dances like the International or American Rumba, Cha-Cha, Salsa or Bolero you will interact with people who enjoy those dances too. There is no better way to learn a new skill, meet nice people, while getting good exercise than learning with the group at Susan's Ballroom Dance. Dan B.

The place to go to learn to dance anything from Waltz to cha-cha to country western two step in a friendly, inspiring atmosphere. The instruction is geared to the level of the dancers present for each class. There are also dance parties and review classes where you can practice your new steps. Gain confidence and improve your technique if you are a dancer. It is a perfect way for couples to share a fun evening and get some serious exercise. Often we women have trouble getting our retiree men to do something they consider a workout. Dancing is serious exercise but you just do not think about that while you move to the music. And yes Susan takes all ages from teens to us old timers!
