We are an authorized vacuum dealer for Miele, Riccar, Simplicity,Hoover, Dyson, Oreck and Cleanmax. We have over 3000 bolts of fabric from top designers and manufactures including: MODA, MAYWOOD, EE SHENCK, Riley Blake, Kimberbell, Shannon Fabrics, Robert Kaufman, Tula Pink, Jaftex, Benartex, Kanvas, Contempo, Studio E, Blank Quilting Fabric, Stof Fabric, Hope Yoder and more coming every week. We have a large selection of solids, batiks, panels, Christmas, sports, childrens, blenders and precuts.

I bought a very nice vacuum at Sew Vac City. Was told at time of purchase I had two free service cleanings. When I took my vacuum in for my free maintenance I was denied the service. Also I had heard a radio advertisement saying, just mention this advertisement and we will give you $20 off your maintenance on your vacuum. So, I did, and the owner denied that as well, said it was for July but that was not mentioned on the ad. Very poor customer service. I am. It a happy customer. If they tell you something, and get it in writing.

I took my Riccar vacuum to see if I needed a new belt and the guy that helped me took the bottom of the vacuum of and said I did need an new belt and roller. The roller was completely wrapped with hair I removed it myself and the roller worked fine. The visit took less than 5 min and I cleaned the roller off he put the belt on no tools required it took him 2 seconds. He charged me $10 for labor what a joke this guy tried to make by a new vacuum a few years ago when all I needed was a new hose. I said then I would never go back because of him and I will not for sure now.

I believe in "you get what you pay for" and even though the Rainbow vac and streamer are a little steep, it is worth every penny and more. I had an older model and traded it for the new one. Love it, love it, what more can I say??

I drove to College Station to check out the offers,and I was suprised how much I could save and still get great service. I found out why they are the largest Janome dealer in America. I'm totally pleased with the prices and service. Susan B.

We drove a distance, but it was well worth the drive. the salespeople were very courteous and informed. we got just what we wanted and saved hundreds of dollars. thanks sew vac city. anna
