Up until two years ago, I would have said that it was alright to live in Fountain Club apartments. Then, the housing market changed, people lost their houses and moved back into apartments. Fontain Club allowed this rift-raft to move into a secure building & break the doors so they were no longer secure. Their response time on fixing the door was months later but now the loiterers just put the rug in the door to prop it open. Tenants slam doors at all hours. I asked after 7 years to have them update the apartment and was told that they don't do that for current tenants, only new tenants. WOW!!! I pay over $1000 for a 1-bdrm and now I live in a un-secure building with no up-dating done and now with dogs. I moved in because they didn't allow pets and now dogs are everywhere. In the laundry room, running the halls and in the lobby unleashed at all. My neighbors have been attacked and robbed. If you want a safe home, with management who has control of the building, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
