I read the reviews, and im not sure who submitted the review about manufactured crust, but they sure dont know what they are talking about!! As far as tapping into the '' local'' farming resources, there is this thing called, Health department requirements which restrict using food products that have not been approved by the department of health, therefore restricting the use of '' homegrown'' food products. All in all, everything me, my friends, and family have eaten there are '' EXCELLENT''

Although their 'Italian' beef sandwich was underwhelming and their pasta was really underwhelming, their pizza is very, very good.

The best pizza I've had in a long time. The sauce is tangy and just right as well as the crust. Dine in or carry out, you can't go wrong with this pizza. We gave a gift card to the neighbors and they love it too! Well worth the drive. Have never been disappointed, except that it's not open on Wednesdays.

Our crust is not a manufactured crust. I make the dough daily.... along with bread. My ingredients are fresh and all menu items that I have are made by me. Thank you for your review but your information is incorrect.

Not bad for the location. Good pizza is all about the crust. Their crust is a manufactured crust. Its not horrible, but if you were going to open up a pizza place wouldn't you want to make your own crust? That being said, I'm kind of happy they don't make their own crust because it probably wouldn't be as good as the crust they buy. They buy their sauce as well, unfortunately. Colfax is surrounded by hundreds of small farms that grow and produce loads of tomatoes, basil, oregeno, goat cheese, beef, pork, etc. Why don't they tap into this local resource? If they do (which I highly doubt) why don't they advertise it? All in all its fine. But it could be so much better.

very good ingredients used. very upscale pizza and other food. nice to have great eats in small town.

Have ate there several times the Pizza is Fantastic. Try Rich's Garbage Pizza, you wont walk away hungry.
