After renting a unit for a few years, my storage unit developed a roof leak. Damaging most of all that I owned. The contract states that this commercial building and owner are not liable for ANY damages. I have researched the maintenance on metal roofing, and maintenance is suppose to be preformed on a regular basis. Which obviously was not done. This storage provider advertises DRY storage. My unit was clearly not dry. For those considering renting storage space I would want to see a back log of maintenance. Also take note that in the state of NH there are no laws protecting the consumer, as far as storage units. My rating on this business it a big fat 0.
