Great service. Sometimes you have to wait for a bus but mostly they are on time and very reliable. Except for one dispatcher who is always difficult, rude, and condescending, the rest of them are polite, helpful and very nice. Bus drivers are generally congenial. They take to from doorstep to doorstep. Better service than you can get in a big city. The only blot on their record is the one rude dispatcher. Being lectured to when you're trying to get to the hospital is rather inconsiderate and rude.

Your services are bad and you really need to post signs informing people that if they miss their ride they have to pay for it anyways..Your drivers and dispatchers are very rude to people and I will never suggest your services to anyone. You have one of the worst bus services I have ever seen.
