Wow is all I can say. Haylett went out of their way to help me buy a new RV. Every one there was friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy or spend more money. When I first started looking I called their competition and they never called me back, Im thinking because I wanted to buy something under $15,000. If you are thinking of buying a RV or motor home, These are the people to use.

The purchasing experience was wonderful. The warranty service is another things. Stories keep changing, parts supposedly come in but the are wrong ones, We are not told this until we take the trailer there and wait for 3 hours. They were supposed to go out the our campground and fix it. I called to confirm that it was done. Was assured it was all taken care of. It was not. THey ave out-and-out lied several times.
