There's no Dr Phil. He's retired. I went to refill a blood thinner I've been on since 2006. I have stents. The Dr told me she could not fill it. Then ask me to do bloodwork. I said there was I point. She said if my liver and kidney were ok and I wasn't diabetic she would fill it. She lied to me so she could run up a bill. All was ok and she still refused after saying she would to get me to do bloodwork. BEWARE
