This place was great. There was a friendly atmosphere and it was very clean and posh looking. I got exactly what I wanted for a hair cut and I didn't even have a picture to reference. I definitely will be going back for my trim.

I began going to Incredible Hair even since the new owner has been running it. I have always been pleased with the results! Even my husband, who used to drive all the way to New Britain for a haircut now goes to Incredible Hair as well as both my children. I would never go anywhere else. I hope the previous person who commented was an isolated incident, because in all the times I have been there not one person has ever complained.

A younger girl cut my 6 year old daughters hair and it was so uneven that even she noticed. My 11 year old son was so upset with his, he said he looked like a girl. Sadly he was in a musical production at school that night. We brought them back the next day and had the owner try to fix it to no avail. They never even offered a refund. Needless to say, I will never go back.

this was my first time to this salon and i will definetly be going back. they are very professional and friendly and genuinely want you to look your best. i went in with pictures of what i wanted done and she was very professional in telling me what my hair would do with that kind of cut. she took the ideas that i had and tweaked them for my hair and i love the cut i got. i would recommend Incredible Hair to anyone. *they also have discounts for students!

This salon makes you feel very welcome. It is clean, And the hair dressers know what they are doing, I will go back and will tell friends. So if you want to have great looking hair and feel great when you leave You should give it a try.
