Welcome Dairy offers customers a full line of award-winning process cheese products and natural cheese cuts. The 2002 World Championship Cheese contest Best of Class recipient for its flavored process cheese is based in Colby, Wis. Since 1980, the company has won nearly 20 awards of all varieties for its cheeses. Welcome Dairy is ideally located on the borders of the two largest milk-producing counties in Wisconsin, Clark and Marathon counties. The company manufactures process cheese for retail, food service and industrial accounts throughout North America. Its product line includes custom formulations developed to meet customer specifications, private-label programs and its Welcome Dairy brand. Welcome Dairy performs specialty cuts, such as sticks, cubes, dices and spreads, that are designed to enhance its customers finished product. It also makes sauces.
