The great thing about this dry cleaners is that they don't use perc, which is known to be a very toxic chemical and extremely harmful to the environment, as well as to people. I did notice that whatever chemical they are using (I was told a hydrocarbon, but not sure what that is) seemed to be very hard on the fabric of everything I brought in. I do have to say that all my items were delicate fabrics (light dresses and skirts) and perhaps some of the sturdier fabrics would be okay. I had alterations (shoulder straps shortened) done here as well, but was a bit disappointed when whoever did the alteration ran the seam right in the middle of the strap instead of using the back or front existing seam. I probably wouldn't come in again for alterations.
