Beware, 99.9% of those that have rented from Nuvu have lost a portion or all of their deposit. So understand, that regardless of what they say, your unit will never qualify as clean enough for you to get your full deposit back. I stayed in the apartment for over 2 years and left it cleaner than when I got it (I got it the week that they finished construction and had to clean out the construction dirt, dust and left over building materials) yet, Nuvu Property Management charged me $150 for "dusting blinds, dusting ceiling fans and cleaning window tracks". Yes, $150. Think about that before you rent. Kiss the deposit goodby.
