I would like to take my son here for a haircut because it's close to my home. On 4 occasions I have entered the shop and waited 30 min - 1 hour believing I was next in line to be serviced only to have one of the barbers friends to come in and cut my son in line. I have complained to the staff every time it has happened with only a dry apology. Today 12/16/12 I take my son in for a cut only to have the same thing happen again. I complained and then I left without getting my son's haircut. Also the shop plays a lot of inappropriate music for minors (deragotory lyrics degrading women and use of the "n" word). I gave a 1 star rating only because I couldn't give a zero star rating. Very poor customer service. I will try another shop farther away because I refuse to pay for disrespect.
