A friend of mine took his vehicle to this Auto Center Because he believes his transmission was shot. The place called him back and explain to him that his boats had broken his transmission. Anyways he took the bolts and brought New Paltz to them and told them since the transmission is fine just replace the bolts and he said I'm going to return my new transmission and get a refund Daytona Beach when he arrived to pick his vehicle he learned to his dismay they put the new transmission installed it anyway even though it was not needed or necessary. He became very upset and angry and ask them why was the transmission installed when it was not needed to be installed I could have returned the new transmission and it would have saved me $800 and the cost of a new transmission the transmission was rebuilt one anyways when they put in this to put in his new transmission they put the bolts in his transmission incorrectly in other words they did not put the bolts one of the bolts they put in the wrong hole connecting the transmission to the engine pierced the engine block causes oil to leak out where the bolts would be inserted. When he inform them of the situation they made a comment about his nationality they told him to leave the property and they called the police on now the transmission they put in they did not put in the transmission fluid in the new transmission that was installed and it burned up I would not take my vehicle to this place if it was the only place in this world that 6 vehicles I would Google how to do it myself before I leave this place any business they are racist black people be like nobody but other African Americans this is a very sad situation my friend has a family to feed and he has children to take care of and raise he cannot afford to pay for their mistakes of doing the right thing and fixing something that they messed up they chose to kick him off the property and have them test thank God they rode him work order app so he has some ammunition with him to take to court another words he has some evidence that they screwed is completely up costing him several thousand dollars worth of damage a simple fix turned into another new transmission replace they are going to be sued in court there is going to be a complaint filed against them with the Bureau of Better Business Bureau also there will be reported to the IRS and other Federal and local law enforcement agencies are aware of their ongoing scams on people it will be just a matter of time before they have their day in court and will be shut down
