Pampered nails and pampered patrons! VIctoria's Nail Spa, opened by Julie, the former owner of Julie's Nails in Timonium, has just set a new standard for nail care in the Baltimore area. The salon is meticulously maintained and the decor is handsome and spacious, with 8 manicure and 8 pedicure stations, including 2 small and fully equipped pedi chairs just for children. Julie and her team give among the best manis and pedis in the Baltimore area and their prices are very reasonable. Walk-ins are welcomed, but I recommend calling ahead.
