Security Associates was immediately responsive to getting our system set up at our new home when a certain national company failed to post for an appointment. When we later had a problem with the equipment, Terry came out the same day and immediately did the repair. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We are very happy with the service.

Terry H. arrived at my house to troubleshoot a misfuntion of my security alarm system. Terry's troubleshooting was very organized and he not only quickly diagnosed what had happened, he took the time to analyse all aspects of the system to ensure that not only would the misfunction not occure again, but to ensure there were no other hidden conditions that could cause any other potential issues in the future. I was very satisfied with the service and and professionalism of Terry especially the way he clearly explained every aspect of what he was doing and the technical operation of the system that guided him though his analysis. I have been with Security Associates for over 10 years and plan to be there over the next couple of decades. I love being with a small company, verse the larger competitor (I won't mention names). I feel I'm treated like family, not just a customer. I call Jackie W. at any time and she is always there to help me. I trust her and what she recommends. I don't have to worry about her tying to sell me something I don't need, or trying to make a quick buck off of me. No offense to the other employees, I only want to talk to her! I have never met anyone as personable and knowledgeable as her. In todays world, you can't trust anyone or "take their word for it"; however this isn't the case with Jackie. If you haven't talked with her, or thought about switching to Security Associates, I highly recommend you give them a call. That is, if you want a company that cares about you, your safety, and isn't just after your wallet. You won't regret the call or switching over.
